Booking & Cancellation Policy

Minimum Booking Amount

The minimum booking amount is IQD 25,000.

Advance Payment

For bookings exceeding IQD 150,000, an advance payment of 30% of the total booking value is required to confirm and secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

• If a booking is cancelled before the representative has been dispatched to the customer, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• If a booking is cancelled after the representative has been dispatched to the customer, the full advance payment will be retained as a booking confirmation fee.
• The advance payment is collected to confirm and secure the booking and is subject to the cancellation terms outlined above.
